ok new thread for this problem.
the problem is, in Assembly of Nihilo I have the bug that I can not use the ladder-down.
it seems it is the same bug like in this thread http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Shin-Mega...s-Call-Pal
but the solutions there dont work for me.
I use a Acer Aspire 5750G Notebook
intel core i5-2450M 2,5 GHz
GeForce 610M
4GB RAM
PCSX2 version 1.4.0
Windows 10
Run from ISO

ok, i solved the problem.
I just noticed that I should changing settings on the EE/IOP tab, not the VUs tab.
