Gran Turismo 3 and 4 when showing a car gives me a really bad FPS. This is because I have a weak CPU. Anyway to fix this??

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• If you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Okay, here I go.
SPECS:

OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
GPU: AMD A10-6700 APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics   (4 CPUs), ~3.7GHz
RAM@ 6144MB RAM
DirectX Verson: 12.0
All these specs are according to the DirectX 12 Diagnostic Tool. They may be wrong.
I am playing with a ISO. I use PCSX2 version 1.5.0-20161105190228 (git).
I use preset 2 (faster)
