My PC specs: 
8gb DDR3 ram 1866mhz
AMD FX-6350 OC to 4.4GHZ
GTX 660 3GB OC of +220Mhz core and +30 RAM with windforce cooler
Biostar TA-970 motherboard
630W PSU
Hyper 212 cooler

I want to play ATV quad power racing 2, i don't care if its all native settings but 2x resolution would be better.

What settings should i use?

I think your pc is powerful enough. Does the game work with the default settings or is there any issue?

Default settings it runs only about 60% speed,What can i do to fix it?

Hhhhhmmm, I'm not sure your processor is powerful enough.  They recommend a single thread performance of at least 1600 for PCSX2.  It looks like your processor  does about 1478

Is there anyway around this, Possibly speedhacks of some kind?
