I don't see any PHP errors.

That's because they're gone now

I haven't touched anything...they seem to randomly appear and go 0_o

They often appeared when the site was down. It isn't good, IMHO

I killed that plugin and replaced it with some code modification. The fav icon will take some time to appear again but it should be ok soon
