In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Are my specs good enough to run them at a normal PS2 speed?

Perhaps native resolution. You should download the latest git release tho as it includes mipmapping support for Ratchet and Clank 3.

I don't think it has anything to do with the release, because Tekken Tag is already supported as far as I know but it is still slow af.
