Specs are

Nvidia Gtx 970m 3gb ram
intel i7 6700 2.6ghz
8gb ram

fps drops are random sometimes during cutscenes from 60 to 40 or 50 and during just a usual playthrough its either at 60 or dropping to 40fps on certain locations in the game like in the palace and guard hq
