As in the thread subject, I have a problem with the cutscene lag on my laptop. When there are the cutscenes, the emulation speed is above the 30% and the audio is very strange. The game is playable, but the only problem is I can't see the cutscenes in a normal way.

My computer settings:
Intel core i7-4710HQ 2.50GHz
Ram 16 Gb
GPU Nvidia geforce gtx 850m

I'd want solve this problem. Thank you for your help!

what do the ee% & gs% say when it's slow ?
ee between 95% and 100%
gs between 0% and 4%
Maybe I didn't understand your post correctly because of this
"the emulation speed is above the 30%"

You mean something like 130%...the videos are running 30% faster than normal speed

Does the "Limiter" in the game window title say Normal?
Excuse me. It is under 30%
Quote:ee between 95% and 100%
Your CPU is struggling.
which is quite weird since it should be enough for those games.

Did you set your windows power plan to performance mode ?
are you sure you aren't running on batteries ?
Hmm that's strange, your cpu is not weak but your are getting 100% EE with low GS usage
You have a quad core cpu so you can try enabling the MTVU speed hack

Also are you sure you didn't change any of the pcsx2,gsdx,spu2-x settiings...double check to be sure because something is wrong(or maybe your laptop is switching the power scheme thinking that you don't need high performance which results in making your cpu/gpu slower)

Try changing the power plan to High Performance
The problem was my windows power plan. It was setted in energy saving mode.

Than you for your help.
