Is it normal there's like a 0.5s input lag both in-game and in menus?
Here's my config:

The emulation speed is constant 100%, the lag is present also in keyboard controls so it's not gamepad related and it seems the problem exists only in MGS3 (in all three Metal Gear games on discs) and not in other games I checked.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
