It works thank you very much I love you!!!
Normally the GSdx/openGL from the latest git (aka 1.5) ought to emulate the brightness more or less correctly

I dunno for me brightness and contrast doesn't work at all. It's seems a bit odd what it does , it makes the sun and sun rays emulate properly if I change any brightness or contrast value

Software mode

Hardware Mode OpenGL / Direct3D  Brightness and Contrast 0

Hardware mode , changing any value + or - doesn't matter

Just to be sure is CRC set on the minimal/partial level

dx full (can't change to lower because it brings back the top left corner screen trash along with vram spikes)
opengl partial , minimal - makes no difference , the sun is still not emulated properly. Perhaps it's something to do with amd's drivers again ... because I get a lot of pcsx2 crashes.

Changing the values doesn't make any difference.

FWIW, I tried it on OpenGL/partial/accurate blending, just clicked X to go on the first track. It seems to work.

I can control both brightness and contrast. I can see a difference on brightness (not sure the light difference is good as the effect is reimplemented with a modern shader).
