I saw a video of this game using a 60 fps patch but the guy disabled comments. Now I'm trying to figure out how to make a pnach patch myself. I searched all over but I can't find a guide on how to find the addresses to manipulate the game speed. All I've got so far is the game CRC.

Hmm didn't cross my mind to check if they're a user here. I actually left them a comment on another Need For Speed video but so far I've gotten no response. If a Youtube email notification won't do then I don't think a PM here will either, the last login date was Feb 2nd too.

I finally found where he got it from. Turns out there was a 60 fps thread I missed... because it was in the off-topic forum (what). And there it is, Hot Pursuit 2 in the
