Help? I get IMMENSE lag for PCSX2 while trying to run Midnight club 3 (DUB Edition REMIX),
specs:
Intel R core i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GH/z 2.00 GH/z
GTX 950 graphics card 12 GB/s
I'm pretty sure i am capable to run it, i just need the Correct config; i am also using PCSX 1.4.0.
MC3 can be really demanding and your CPU does have only an STR or1163 where it would require at least 1600.
Your GPU may be on the weak side if you push internal res too high
Enable all recommended speedhacks, don't push internal res higher than 2x, and set ee cycle rate to 1 for a start.
That should help a bit, but don't expect miracles

Welp, still at 20-30 FPS max, thanks for trying; if you have any other ideas let me know.
What sort of speeds do you get? If you have a good CPU cooler, I recommend overclocking that chip to about 3.4Ghz, you should manage that no problems.

I'm... Actually not sure; i probably sound so stupid; but how do i check that? not a PC expert over here... xD
with the 920 it's quite easy, you just need to raise the BCLK in the BIOS up to about 120-130 (i'd try 120 first) and it should work without any other adjustments. 120 will get you 3.1Ghz, 130 will get you 3.4ish
Of course if you start crashing you may need to adjust the voltage.
But I must stress, don't do this unless you have an aftermarket cooler on your computer!

Ah, alright, i will try that; and i do have an aftermarket pretty large fan; thanks for the suggestion!
