ok what is happening to the game.
I wonder if its a graphics card issue or a emulator or the game itself.
Scratching my head here Cause its just this game. Drivers are updated and everything.
all I know is the the moment I switched over to directx 11 this happened, Glitching and Lag but normal in the menus. The game was fine, ran at full speed in OpenGL . Just had to lower the res.
