Hello, I'm new to this site so take it easy.
Heres my issue. I'm trying to play nfs underground 2, but the screen keeps getting this colored overlay, the colors are either red, green, orange, blue, and sometimes its just fog/rainy overlay.
Now, ive read through about all i could and im having trouble fixing. I'm not overly tech savvy so try to give me lamen terms if possible. Also Im not familiar with how to navigate the psx2 emulator.

and default setting as far as i know

Get the latest version (first on the list) and try again.

0.9.8 is very old and no longer supported. You need to at least update to version 1.4. Or, preferably update to a recent 1.5 Dev build

Okay now i have the red lines issue lol. Any quick fix for that?

use the ogl hardware renderer or play around with the skipdraw hack in gsdx
