Hi there, I'm trying to play online with a friend using a Dev9 plugin, but, after installing the plugin, it doesn't show.

We have tried everything, i even uninstalled pcsx2 and all settings, and he sent me his, and it still don't work. I'm on Windows 10 if that helps at all.

Did you install winpcap ?

Yeah, that was actually the issue, my friend said he forgot I needed that lol
