Can we launch a pcsx2 game without the iso file ? or the iso is needed ?
yes. you can use Gigahertz CD/DVD plugin and launch the game from the original physical PS2 disc.

How can you launch a game if you don't have it ?
How can you drive a car if you don't have a car ?

But in reality, i can really go out and buy a PS2 game and then isert it on my pc and launch it with a program ?? will it will really work ??
You need a PS2 console too
