Which Desktop and mobile GPU do you need for these games on native resolution?(So not x2 etc)

I am confused About GPU requirements...

I have a 980Ti SC and run most games in 4 or 8K with trilinear filtering mostly at fullspeed. So that gives you an idea that you really don't need a nice card if you want native res with hardware rendering. AFAIK, emulating the PS2 CPU(Emotion Engine) is intensive whereas graphics are a lot more streamline. Any mid range gaming card should be fine.

If you want to use OpenGL you should stick with team green though.
