i maked it good but the prob is now when i pick car the fps goes down in gameplay fps is ok 50-60 fps

All you can do is try out speedhacks and see if that helps a bit.
There is no magic software fix for inadequate hardware. You'll have to get a better rig eventually if you want to run the game (or other games) at stable 60 FPS.
