How to config my pcsx2 to run kingdom hearts 2 on Full Speed cause sometimes laggs plz help

My Spec's are:
OS:Windows 7 Beta
CPU:AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5600+ at 2.8Ghz
GPU:Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT 1GB GDDR3
SPU:Integrated High Definition Audio
Graphics: GSdx 997 SSE2
Sound: SPU2-X 1.1.0
Controller: LilyPad 0.9.9

and can i get a config for God of War 2 plz ??? its kinda going always at 50%

well for pcsx2 you would go for EE Cycle Rate x2 or x3(much better 
), WaitCycle unchecked and Config->Advanced as default (you can mess with it to see if you get better speeds ), plus you can only use the SSE2 version of gsdx (so just set SSE2 and have log-z and Alpha Correction on (required), and set native if you still don't get good speeds )
about GOW2 i don't know (i don't have it), you could check the link vborovic posted or my friend Saiki could help with it

K thx ill try and tell you later what's happening
Edit 1: there's a huge improvment in Kingdom Hearts 2 and the cpu is now under 30 % like almost always not like it was the first time always at 100% ill inform u later on about god of war 2
Edit 2: there's still some lagg problem at god of war 2 and the fps increased a lil bit cpu gone like in kingdom hearts 2 goes down and stay's at below 40% and there's a new problem at God Of War 2
it gets stuck at a cut scene ( here's a pick where's stuck http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/6193/stuckp.png
a lil help there would be nice , a patch or a fix something for that part thanx
