If u didnt bother watching the video it just shows a boss that comes after a cutscene (in this case Jecht) and when the battle starts the boss faces backwards...

This means emulator is just setup incorrectly. In this case, EE and VU are not set to negative.

Umm can you elaborate a bit for a noob? I don't wanna run into that issue hehe...

go into Config->Advanced and set EERec/VURec Round Mode to Negative (that's what he means )
