Hello all,

I have a problem with running FFXII. Everything run fine until crash during the 3 rat hunt, at the very beginning of the game.

I run pcsx 0.9.6 with original DVD in drive
windows XP, Directx was updated
core2 e6600 @ 3.2 Ghz, 2Gb RAM
radeon 2900 pro OC
GSDX9 SSE3
shader 3.0
D3D res@1280/1280
nloop hack off
tvout off
texture filtering on
logarithmic Z on
vsync off
alpha correction on
I did not touch gamefix, speedhacks and advance options

I tried to see if this problem was reported, but did not find anything on the forum.

Can anyone help me?

Try with pcsx2 r.1056 beta in this forum and make an ISO for your game to be better speed and fps.

I did not understood that the forum was dedicated to the beta version, sorry for that.

I did not find the 1056, but i tried the 1059... and it works GREAT!

Since you seem very well informed, do you know if there are other issues with the 1059 concerning FFXII ?

I think Pcsx2 r.1059 is working flawless since refraction already fix some bugs in that game (DMA error).
