hed like you to post what settings you are using by default.
and knowing the game would help some too lol I know it's RE, but which one *hasn't followed Resident Evil*

The picture is transparent .
ist not whole image
Try setting GSdx to software rendering. It looks a bit like the usual dx9 hw problems.
(I'd recommend dx10 hw, but your vga card can't do this)

Oh, or just try ticking logarithmic z Tongue2
