Likely to use the SSSE3 (GSDX)!
Now this bug in the Introduction, Look for older versions of PCSX2!

yes, your pc should be able to handle this game, perhaps you'll need some speedhacks for full speed. you might try the latest revisions of pcsx2 and plugins here from the forum, if the problem still persists, please post your pcsx2/plugin configuration. and a screenshot of the console window could be very helpful. also, please refrain from using all caps, that's very rude

There was a typo in the compat list, it should have been "intro" not playable. Fixed now.
