A friend gave me his cd of KH2 and apparently it's in spanish. Is there any way to change it to english?

I dont think so, it was written clearly for another region. So unless it somehow has english "subtitles", i'm guessing that's the best you'd get.

No, the KH2 Spanish has only spanish audio and text.
