So as you can see ^ the graphics are messed up, and I was wondering if you guys know how to fix it.
You are using a very old version of GSdx if you want to play on it enable the "NLoop" hack option in the GSdx settings, however what you should do is update your PCSX2/GSdx and use those instead.

and follow the configuration guide as well:

Everything is updated except for the GSdx. Apparently my CPU doesn't support the new GSdx (SSSE3). NLoop in the hack option is also enabled, however, the same problems occur.
You are probably running the game through Run->Execute,you should use File->Run CD/DVD.
The latest stable GSdx v0.1.14 found on http://www.pcsx2.net/downloads.php also includes an SSE2 version,so use that

Config --> Configure--> Set Bios Directory --> select files where you downloaded the Bios file.

If you didn't download the Bios files, this youtube video info (click more info) will link you to the Bios file download.

This is completely illegal, you cannot post links to bios files, nor legally download these files so do not listen to him. You must legally dump your own bios files, using a special method which we can link you to. As for you Arkastor, you will no doubt be receiving a warning, so next time i advise you to read the rules.
