hey, i have this items on my pc

Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 32 bit
Ram 2GB DDR2
AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-72 2.10GHz
Ati Mobility radeon HD 3450 DDR2 256MB

what setting should i use so that i can run games? i've tried changing a lot of setting, but it only goes as far as 10.5 fps.
Dude, you're out of luck with a 2.10 GHz CPU, moreso if it's a Turion.
Yeah, no matter how you configure PCSX2 you won't even make it to 30 FPS.
to run perfect kof you must have a cpu at least with 3,6 ghz.
well, i've tried a lot of settings and the best is i have to turn off the volume. it still a little bit slow, but there are some moves that i could not do. but it is weird for KOF XI, i managed to get it running, it is fast, but the sound seems out of sync. any idea?

As we've all pointed out, your machine isn't powerful enough for PCSX2. This is most likely what is causing the sound desynchronization.
what is the minimum requirements for the game to run? what do i have to upgrade?

3.1-3.2 GHz Dual Core + well optimized settings should run this game fine. I have a Quad Core at 3Ghz and this game runs with 55fps-60fps with VUSkip.
what about laptops?
laptops are not recommended for good emulator speeds as they get hot far too quick and it slows you down. Desktops are a cheaper and more efficient option.
