#Speed Hacks: None
#Description: There are weird lines across the screen the speed its good but with this lines its simply unplayable

PD:Sorry i recently discovered its a gsdx problem(works in software mode just fine),exepts for the low fps,so where i should put this in gsdx plugin report?
