My PC:
AMD Athlon 64 x2 5600+
RAM 3.25Gb
GPU ATI x1200 (Old)
OS: Windows Xp SP3 32bits

Now:
ATI Radeon HD 4670 PCS DDR3 512Mb 128Bits
DirectX MAR09 AND SDK
Catalyst 9.5
Visual C++ 2008

Game test:
Pcsx2 r1474
Gsdx R1473 (Default)
Config PCSX2: Default /CPU: Limit

Naruto Ultimate 4:
x1200: 35fps /HD 4670: 60fps (GSDX D3D 1024x1024)

Dragon Ball tenkaichi 3:
x1200: 32fps /HD 4670: 35fps ???

The King fo Faghters NeoWave:
x1200: 26fps /HD 4670: 35fps ???

You only have support for Naruto?
What you can do to improve performance?
Buy high clock dualcore cpu or overclock your cpu as high as posible.
try DBZ at native on DX10, I get that same speed on 2.2 dual
I noticed a increase in frame rates when i used this app called game booster http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html
it kills unneeded processes that suck up cpu power temporarily then when ur done u can switch back to normal mode again.
It is lack of support? PCSX2 our GSDX?
run DBZ on NATIVE and see what it pulls. I run native ger about 35fps on my 2.2 8600GT-512
