Using the latest beta [1474], I encounter an odd problem while playing persona 4.

The FPS counter will say 60FPS & All sounds play as normal, but the game goes considerably slow. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you.

I'm using GSDX 890 SSE41 because it performs better than the latest plugins, if that matters.

Are you using any speed hacks (like VU cycle stealing)? This one causes me some slow downs on some games (not in Persona 4 though but who knows...) even if FPS counter is marking 60 FPS it looks like i am playing with 20....
