Alright, i've suffered from some freezes throughout the game, but they've been worked around by avoiding the area, or retrying. This seems to have worked, but this time it hasn't. The area it freezes at if you're familiar to the game is at the wedding during the escape. I've tried three times (the last save point being before an extremely difficult boss, a long series of cut scenes, and several long fights, so it's frustrating), yet no dice.

Tried using both 0.9.6 and the beta, and save states cause the program to crash. Using gsdx 1476 sse2 0.1.15.

Try changing the "config > advanced" settings and disabling/enabling microVU.
