after i do run CD\DVD it seems like the game going to start but then it goes like this

Would be helpful if you told us what cdvdrom plugin you're using (if CDVDnull change it to Gigahertz CDVD or Linuz ISO if you're using an image file) and what messages appear in PCSX2's console window.

well, i'm using Linuz ISO and i tried the Gigaheartz option but then it won't let me choose anything and just going to the screen i posted

It seems like you simply copied the files in the DVD to your HDD and you're trying to run the BIN file inside it, this is the wrong way to do things and it just wont work. To use the Linuz ISO CDVD plugin you need to make a ISO of the game first this is getting an app like ImgBurn and telling it to create a Image File of your disc then selecting this one with Linuz ISO. When you use Gigahertz CDVD plugin you should configure and point it to the drive you have your disc in.
