yes, you can, but you'll probably have to enable speed hacks for playable fps values. install the latest beta of pcsx2 and plugins from here, get the latest revision and r1398 (might be faster on your ati gpu) of gsdx, set gsdx to native and enable some "vu cycle stealing" and/or "ee sync hack" in the speed hacks config of pcsx2.
