Solutions
For synchronizing the framerate of any app in Windows, just Force On Vertical Sync & Triple Buffering in your graphic card control panel driver.
Always set the monitor refresh rate @ any resolution to the maximum hertz for maximum speed.
Always set the Anisotropic filtering & Antialiasing to Application-Controlled (AKA Auto Control).
It doesnt have a hardware renderer on PSX emulators.
Thanks for the info.
The rendering quality of even software mode is great & accurate.
Any hope for hardware renderer?
It would probably require a significant rewrite of the GSDx code.

If someone asked, Gabest might provide the code so that they could convert it to a hardware renderer for a PSX emulator.
I think writing new GSDX plug-in for EPSXE (DX 9/10/11) is so much better.
How does it compare with the pete ogl2 plugin ?
I find this one already pretty satisfying .
Can't imagine that gsdx would do better .
Correct emulation, high res, enough fps, the sw renderer can do it all, but yea there are no extras like pixel shader effects or msaa Tongue

There is a masked rendering mode very similar to destination alpha test which requires reading the frame buffer while drawing, that would be hard to emulate without tricks and slowdowns.

GSDX uses the latest DX updates & the development status is active.
But Pete's OGL plug-in is outdated.
Also, GSDX config is very easy to use.

Bug report:
Pete OGL 2.9

GSDX 1611

It's not because the plugin is no more developed that suddenly it becomes bad.

I like the many options to boost the quality of graphics in pete plugin.
If you just want "easy" configuration , and accurate emulation, just use the "pSX emulator"
http://psxemulator.gazaxian.com/ .

Well. I don't like that.
No problem with Pete configs.
I just want accurate & high quality hardware accelerated emulation.
