You don't, you'd have to compile it from source. There is a guide to do so here http://forums.pcsx2.net/thread-2373.html
If you don't feel comfortable compiling your own code... don't. The latest SVN releases aren't really meant for public consumption and may contain some bugs as they add and test new features.
