When ever i start PCSX2 0.9.6 this message appears.

This message appears sometimes and sometimes it fixes itself, what does the emulog.txt file in the logs folder show? Did you get PCSX2 from the site or somewhere else?

If the version of PCSX2 is 0.9.6 official, then this is probably a known bug that has since been fixed in newer betas. If you are using a newer beta then yes, please attach the contents of emuLog.txt.
