I think I saw this same error a couple of times, but I can't remember what it was... I guess you could try to change the settings in the Advanced menu for starters

when i try to load in some games i saw this t1b miss error. like Unable to load maybe corrupted iso or something

If you have patches enabled, disable them. It could also be a bad ISO. Redo your ISO.

Naruto games get random crashes (this is a generic PCSX2 crash error)
I've seen that setting EE cycle to 2 in Config->Speed hacks helps this game

I think users reported the 0.9.6 stable with x3 cycle rate as working.
