From the Lilypad settings, turn on the Mouse API, then configure the mouse in the right analog stick. Maybe it'll work. I didn't do this myself as I used a controller to play the game.

Just for future reference with this game.. the mouse didn't work either.
I was able to do rotations in FFX with Luna's "Fury" and get up to 4 rotations with the keyboard, but with GOW it must be more strict.
I've attached a save state during the medusa fight if anyone wants to test anything. (trying... windows 7 is still new to me)
edit: ok, upload no workie. FTP never fails me yay
