That's the PAL version and the name is correct for the PAL version but use said USA at the beginning.
Now the problem is that there is no save at GameFaq for that version(the Europe save there is just new save created by PS2 Save builder which include only two files and not the game save file for any game)

Try this save but don't get your hopes too high.

You mean you want saves for both games,2009 and 2010...if yes then here.

100% Complete, Maxed Out Superstar (100 Rating) and Diva (100 Rating)

but for some unknown reason I put in the card the NTSC version for both games.
Now you are saying that 2010 works so you have the NTSC version,not the PAL and probably 2010 is the PAL version.
Inside the disk/image there is a file named S***_***.**
What is the full name?

There is no PAL save for that game(YuGiOh)so I can't help you with it.Here's Naruto 4 PAL(SLES_554.81)
