This is a memory card with the save inside it...did you read even once the guide for pcsx2?
The memory cards are placed in the pcsx2 directory in folder named memcards...you have to replace the card or download mymc and learn how to extract the save from the card and put it to your card(if you have saves for other games on it...if you don't,just replace the card)

I read the guide but it was 2 months ago I think.But anyway I remembered about memory cards and other stuff.Now everything works as it should.Thanks to you.Now I can make video with me fighting One-Winged Emo aka Sephiroth (I don't know why everyone said that fight with him is sooooo hard-well yeah but only at expert on normal is quite easy,Ansem was much harder!)

EDIT:What the f..... that emo beats me FIVE TIMES!I swear when I was 12 years old I would beat him without problems!Damm you Square-Enix!

If you this not the save that you want,you can post your memory card and I can pass the problematic place and then return the card
