How Do I Know The Kind Of The Game? (Pal Or Ntsc)

The game case and on the disk it says what region the game is.You can also found out by looking inside the disk for a file mane that start with.

SLUS,SCUS – NTSC USA
SLES,SCES – PAL Europe
SCPS,SLPA,SLPM,SLPS – NTSC-J JP
SLKA -  NTSC-J Korea
There are probably more for JP and Korea and also there are demos but those are the most common

i tried convert all gamefaqs savegames on my svr 2010 pal version
but it don't work i don't know why

You are probably doing something wrong.
Keep in mind that some games have more than one one PAL version and each version uses a different name for the folder and the save name

There is no PAL save there,which explains why none of them worked
