400W is enough!!! the 5670 NEVER goes higher than 75W MAX Tongue
My friend is running it with 300W only Smile
well, if you overclock the 5670, the power usage will also go up
but a 400w will still be enough
But what manufacturer is psu of your friend from? On other forum they say this manufacturer is weak.
They have complicated metod of calculating.Something with amp.
wich brand is the 5670 you want to buy?
No matter which one only is important how much power it spends and you have it.
there is no difference if they are reference models
Yeah let's just hope the rails of that no name PSU will be able to output the current that 5670 will need

hmm i personally wouldn't overclock with a no name psu

edit: Disregard the overclocking posts, got 2 threads mixed up
I have changed my mind I won't buy this one but some cheaper.Do you know some card that works wit max.40-45watts.I need it only for 1024X724. No need to play toO much with my PSU. Smile this is my current card http://www.dealtime.com/xPO-MSI-Radeon-X...nk-Ati-Gpu
an x1550 isn't even close to a 5670 and it's not asif that uses a lot of power
