If i wanna play TimeSplitters 2 i've always graphic problems. See here:

yes, i have vista and the correct graphic card for Dx10

try latest svn instead

what is svn?

i tried it, but its the same bug

according to this, you're niot the only one. I don't have that game, maybe someone will eventually find a solution.
