if that still happens in the latest revisions with microVU then most-likely have you the min/max speedhack on (so turn it off).
NaN3 does a very similar thing with the min/max speedhack on...

Please dont use any micro-vu thingy.And OMG that such low fps maybe i can help you,i can run narutimatte accel 2 at 50 or more fps

he's not asking for help (and besides, he's the one who codes the MicroVU XD), he's just telling to not use the "Min/Max" options that are for the MicroVU
