This game can work very well if you fast press start and X up to game start.
Game hang if show menu more of 5 seconds....

Turn off hacks.

Check and Disable Speedhacks and and also see Advanced options.

Removed all speedhacks.
EE Recs Options:
Round mode = nearest.
Clamp mode = Full.
+ removed flush to zero & denormal are zero.
VU Recs Options:
Round mode = nearest.
Clamp mode = Extra + Preserve sign.
+ removed flush to zero & denormal are zero.

-> Result same thing....except now hang after 2 seconds xD

default them, do NOT change them

I guess i found where are the trouble:

SpyHunter and Smuggler Run 2 use same movies file format on title screen -> ".M2V".

I can read that file with "Media Player Classic".
Game hang when reading this file :/
