# Pcsx2 version: PCSX2 Newer than 0.9.6 (Both games load correctly in 0.9.6)
# Tried with all settings for Speed Hacks and Advanced
# Plugins used: Gsdx 1650 0.1.15 (hardware, dx10), spu2-x 1.2.0
# Description: Games hang at black screen on startup, checking the console shows an error starting with "(EE) Trap". Going to file>run cd/dvd again right after seeing the error makes it load correctly.

Error for State of Emergency:

I get the errors with both the original DVD's and ISO files I have created.
