@nataq01

about the amount of language sections,you know that actually there are english forums with other languages sections you know?,and in this sections the the administrator actually put the "relevant for him" languages,and nobody fells bad for not having his language on the page,beacuse giving a multi-language page is already a good enough thing.And about the moderators its pretty easy,choose one knowing both languages,the language you want to make a new thread (spanish for example),and knowing a little bit english too,so if any other english moderator comes with a question i can answer for example.(btw jesus i already made my a mod and there isnt any thread about spanish section yet Tongue)

English is an international language.English is used extensively by other countries as a lingua franca (that is, a language people use if they are trying to communicate with someone who speaks another language). It's used in international politics as well as in flight control. If you fly any planes that leave your home country, you have to know english as that's the language used... Even if you fly a plane from Spain to Germany, you don't talk to the flight controller in German... Both sides use English.

You may not approve of that... and a lot of people have problems trying to communicate in it... But it is the accepted language used in most "international" situations. And so far, there hasn't really been an issue about it on the forum. Many people have asked for help and stating their English language skills weren't very good, but we still took the time and helped them as best we could. Or likewise even if they had to use google translator. I can't recall a single time since I've been at the forum that people were snubbed, or no attempt was given at all to try and help someone who wasn't a native speaker...

To me at this point it sounds like that we're looking for a fix to a problem that hasn't yet manifested itself...

Couldn't agree more with Koji. I have to admit even I use babelfish or google translator now and then =P, but that has never been a problem. And English being the language used in most "international" situations...well, that's perfectly fine by me (since it's so much easier to learn than portuguese -__-'). And who doesn't know "any" English nowadays? In Portugal we have it since 1st grade and we are a third world country... (well... kinda xD)
