Well I just want to say hello and tell you that I installed the program and I would have to say you guys did an excellent job! So far I only tried one game, Final Fantasy X but it runs so perfect. I get a constant 60 FPS during the entire play with no stutters and very little artifacts, ones that are so small they don't even bother me the slightest. Not even very noticeable... maybe I should make a video showing your nice work.

I don't know about others but reading through this thread I see they seem to have lots of problems. Maybe the specs I don't know.

But to throw it out there I am running this emulator with these specs...

Intel Core2 Quad Q9550 2.83 GHZ with 2 cores disabled through my BIOS.
4 gigs of Patriot Viper Series PC-8500 1066 MHZ RAM
1x Nvidia BFG TECH GeForce GTX260 OC 216 core
Nvidia 750i SLI Motherboard
Integrated Realtek Audio drivers which by the way seem to work fine.

I disabled 2 cores from my CPU because it seems to have better compatibility with lots of games/programs and I see no loss in performance. Well keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to seeing more games working so well on this program. Thank you for making something that actually works... and damn good at that.

Hey guys, I've started playing .Hack//G.U on my pc after stopping for awhile (the game worked perfectly fine before)

however, after I upgraded my plugins and emulator (v1888) I've noticed some graphical problems that had never appeared on my ps2, or on pcsx2 before

I attempted to search the forums for answers, but never managed to come across any answers (I searched up .Hack//GU)

after playing around with my settings, I managed to pinpoint the error towards GSDX v1873 as the graphics looked normal on native as opposed to when it's in my customized settings

I have prepared some screenshots and my GSDX settings below (all images on the top are playing using my customized settings):

Hello,

I was wondering if anybody had managed to run this game.

I get past the activision screen, then the next one which says rebellion, and then a black screen while the frame count keep on going up, so it seems it would be a graphical problem when getting into the game.

I can still see the FPS indicator at 73-74, the CPU is at 34% so everything seems to be OK, but black screen...

I use right now the GSDX 1873 SSE3 01.15 on pcsx2 r1888

On this same config i got resident evil to run quite well at 40-45 fps

Thanks for the help

I got my Ps2 game finally working on Pcsx2 version 0.9.1. It was a BIN and a CUE file. So I burned them to a disc. And it worked just fine. After I burned it I played it. And I put the SYSTEM.CNF in the Select Iso under the CD/DVD plugin. But I thought that you put the iso image of the game in the Select iso. But I guess it doesn't matter. So am I doing this right or not? That's all I want to know. Well, if it is working, then it is all correct? Also, how do I fomat the memory card so it can save the game? So let me know how to do this too. Also, when I start the game up, the gameplay screen is all screwed up. I don't know why. So please let me know how to fix this. And how do I load up an MDS file? Do I put it under the Select iso? Anyway, that is all I want to know from you. So please get back to me soon. So thank you very much!

Hi all,

I'm trying to play Mortal Kombat Armageddon using the emulator. Since the emulator has to be re-configured for each game in order for it to run as smooth as possible, I was wondering: is there a list somewhere containing the recomended settings for playable games?

If not: what are the recomended settings for Mortal Kombat Armageddon? It runs smoothly now, only the audio runs slow...

Thanks a lot,

Hello all,

My old PS2 is about to die and so I have finally decide to try the emulator.

I have extracted my BIOS (Europe V01.60) made 2 isos (GT4 and Cod5) from my discs using a plextor DVD drive (the drive in my laptop won't read the discs are they are quite scratched but with the plextor it worked) , ran the config using the guide and of course it won't work

I get to the first initial screen so the BIOS must load correctly and then the program shuts...

I have an intel T7500 @2.2G, 3G of ram, XP pro SP3, the plugins are configurated using the guide, SSE3, pixel shaders 3.0 since I have an nvidia 6800M GT.

What else do you need to help me run these games (and the others afterwards...)

Thanks a lot

PS : I wish that Sony would have kept the compatibility mode with the PS3 !!!

Hi, I've got an acer notebook with a Q9000 processor. I want to overclock my cpu atleast 300mhz. The best way to overclock is doing it in your bios(I've read it in several forums). The problem is that my bios is locked, so I can't do it that way I think. Another way should be with setfsb but it doesn't support my motherboard. Is there anyone who knows a solution? Can I change my ratio outsite the bios? For more specs of my notebook look at my signiture.
