Ah. That is quite an assumption your making there. You're assuming that people will be happy with less than stellar performance if they have inadequate hardware. If the constant threads complaining about slow speeds are any indication, I'd say that they disagree with you.

Well depending on the game and how slow it runs,I don't really care about the speed.

I can play for example:
1.GoW2 at 30-45(most of the time 35)and for me it's playable.
Ar Tonelico 1,2
Atelier Iris 1,2,3
Castlevania Curse of Darkness
Crash Twinsanity
Disgaea 1,2
Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus
Kingdom Hearts 1,2
Mana Khemia 2
Tales of the Abyss
...

and the speed doesn't bothers me at all

I totally agree with you,god of war 2 runs about the same speed here,and the speed doesnt bother too much.

It doesn't bother me at all.I've already cleared that game twice recently on my PS2 and it just makes me feel good that I can play it at the WAY cooler graphics compared to playing it on my TV-Tuner.

I agree as well depending on the game. But for me, if its a fighting game for example, it MUST run at full speed otherwise there is no point in playing.

anyway, I think this thread also helped out with estimating the fps you can achieve with diego's specs and try to predict where it would be with higher specs. Of course, that depends on your config as well

Well I can play Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus better on pcsx2 ratter than on my PS2 because it's ~20fps slower and when I start the game again on my PS2 I can't keep up with the speed

I prefer playing some games on pcsx2 because it's slower.

I have a celeron = single core

diegochiha even if it's a fake fps how did you reach it.What pcsx2 and plugins versions are you using.
Whatever I do I can't reach that fake speed.
