Hi everyone! im gonna try out pcsx2 and i'm pretty sure that my graphic card can handle it but i don't know about the processor. these are my specs:

Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2220 @2.40GHz (2 CPUs)
2 GB ram
NVIDIA Geforce 9800 GT

and if it won't work out with the graphics-heavy games, then do you think i'll at least be able to play some lighter games like Disgaea, for example?

you'll do ok with some, mine can handle alot and yours is faster than mine is, better gfx too. did you overclock it?

if you an get intel core 2 duo 2.6 GHz will be great you will have a good speed for all the game

welll i have a pentium D processor, ATI x300,1GB OCZ ram really running mostly at full speed in full screen and spped hack times 2x plus ...io cycle or wateva it name mtgs enable just a few bugs when playing final fantasy X and using di destruction graphic slow a bit down like 50 percent of di normal speed or more but what if it was windows mood for that it wouldn't move

but in full screen mood is di best....but there only a few more debugging left in a certain path to make it better sometimes im thinking if its tha plugins want to b debug..seriously

Hello everyone, Im a first time poster, I went through the setup guide over and over and all the games I have crashed after 5 minutes. I tried playground version and that stop the crashing. Now my primary problem is during cut scenes, the FPS is 60-75, but gameplay drops to 20-25 and causes visual lag and audio lag. My specs are the following:

AMD Phenom 9600 quad-core
4GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 280 1.0GB which can support Pixel Shader and Vertex Shader 4.0

I can list more of my hardware if need be, and as for the plugins, im currently using graphics ZeroGS 0.97.1, Audio SPU2Ghz playground 1.9.0

If anyone has any suggestions on what my setup should be for bearable FPS such as 35-75 FPS, I would greatly appreciate it. All the games I have are from my discs, however, since I broke my TV in an act of stupidity, this is my next best option for the time being. Thanks in advance.

Forgot to mention in case its needed, I have tried every version of GSdx i can find but can only run the SSE2 version.

Hi i have an intel xeon 5140 processor, 4gb of ram and a gainward gtx275, i was wondering if this would be sufficient to run pcsx2 at a decent frame rate?

Your graphic card is more than enough.
Depending of the game you want to play and what you consider "decent" overcloking your processor could be necessary
