Built in Cheat Device?
#1
Is there any possibility in future releases that there will be a built in cheat system for the convenience of the average user?

Just as there are built in cheat systems for other types of emulators?

Well, I mde it as simple as I could, if that isn't good for you, I sugest you give up on trying to cheat then. patch-making is not all that complicated

It's "complicated" because you use unknown values to explain how cheating works. For beginners it's best to explain it with exact values.

The simplest way to explain it is:
You see 100 for money and search for 100 using your cheating program, change the money(increase/decrease them)and search again for the value new changed value for the money. That's the most simple explanation but cheating it's not always so easy.

Well, I was making another code, but some wanted to see it so I posted it early. I WILL be getting to a static KNOWNvalue code and will have that part up by tomorrow night ( I wanted the chocobo code anyway, so I did that one first the inf. health code I plan to throw out, I don't cheat THAT much on my games lol)

tat also wasn't about explaining HOW it works, but how to find the values you want to cheat on. the method isthe same for known values anyway, just alot of param searching instead

You want something simple? There you go:
Quote:Or you can add the gameshark code manually. Go to Misc -> Patch Browser... click on Add GS2v3-4. Copy paste the code you want and hit Convert then Add. Note: You have to re-enter the codes every time you exit the emulator. Also, not all gameshark codes work. Basically, avoid the "Have all..." and the "Press...for..." codes. Those tend to crash the emulator.
Nappa: Vegeta! What does the scouter say about his power level?
Vegeta: It's...one thousand and six.
Nappa: Wh-...really?
Vegeta: Yeah! Beat him up Nappa!
Nappa: Yay!

Tell me what cheat you want and if it's simple enough for beginner I'll explain it as simple as I can.

Money, health, experience, stats, amount of anything is easy(cheats like have all items, weapons and etc. are not so easy to find in the first place by experienced cheaters/hackers)
