There is a patch called Skip MPEG. Use that.

yes i did that already on MISC section but doesnt help also in creating .pnach file. so sad i can't play this Sad

searched for Skipping Videos(how to) but won't work in Gallop Racer.. Can someone help me regarding this problem?

Most likely not. But if I were you, I'd try to get the videos working.
Bet you still have hacks enabled. Turn them off.
Likewise, turn all hacks on *as a test!*. Sometimes that covers emulation problems and makes the game progress further.

yes i did that. im still getting to work, enabling and disabling hacks... may i know whats the meaning "Issuing EE/iR5900-32 Recompiler Reset [mem/structure cleanup]" ???
have anyone tested this game? any comments bout this?

EE/iR5900-32 Recompiler Reset is a cleanup step of the recompiler.
The message is just there, in case some games constantly do this (which would be a slowdown we need to fix).

i receiving this message every time loading this game, mostly on the videos part. Did you try this game?

Updated PCSX2 to Beta 1474 still the videos part error... Did someone try this game?
